All Regular Classes at Upward Brewing Company are just $15 per class and discount cards are available. Ongoing weekly classes are mixed level yoga and offer something for everyone.

Description of classes available::

NEW! Creative Circles Yoga This will be your chance to learn how to deepen your practice in a class which is presented in a not-your-typical-format. Various techniques will be explored as you transition through slow movement and the stillness of this Yin based class that is sure to offer a super "fresh start" to your weekend.

-Creative Vinyasa Flow -. Some familiarity of basic poses and sun salutations will be helpful as movements transition from one to another in a smooth yet dynamic flow. This workout will leave you feeling invigorated yet relaxed.

-Vinyasa II - This offers a faster pace and more challenging postures. This class is designed for those who are familiar with yoga and seek to deepen their practice. Unique variations on asana will be explored throughout these lively, energetic creative vinyasa flow classes. This class will leave you feeling vibrant and blissful.

-Beginners/Gentle Yoga - offers a slower paced practice, making it accessible regardless of age, size or fitness level. Basic yoga poses and use of props will be demonstrated to create an atmosphere of safety and comfort to alleviate the fears and apprehensions that many people have about doing yoga. This class brings an awareness of the journey from the self to the self.

Winter Snow-Ga: Yoga on snowshoes! This unique outdoor experience begins with a warmup session before the trek, offers pauses along the trail to engage with nature and yoga asana.

Private sessions for small groups: If you would like to try yoga but feel insecure about entering a field full of yogis, we may make special arrangements just for you! Semi-private lessons designed for groups of 3 or 4 people are on a pre-paid basis and require a three-session commitment. We work together to arrange the dates and times -- Please email for pricing.
